Refund policy

At Thiandro Equestrian, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges to ensure you get the right items.

Domestic Orders (U.S. Only):
For all domestic orders (within the United States), we offer free returns. Simply contact us at hello@thiandroequestrian.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Items must be in original condition with tags attached, free from makeup stains, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

If you’re exchanging an item, we will cover the return shipping for your first exchange. However, if you need to return or exchange the item a second time, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping.

International Orders:
We do accept returns on international orders, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please make sure your items are in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached) before returning. We recommend tracking your return shipment to ensure it reaches us.

Exchanges:
We accept exchanges for items within 30 days of receiving your order. For first exchanges, we will cover the return shipping. For any subsequent exchanges, return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact us at hello@thiandroequestrian.com to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. For domestic returns, we will provide a prepaid return label.
  3. For international returns, you’ll need to arrange and cover return shipping.
  4. Pack your items securely and send them back to us.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be sent out as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items:
Items marked as “final sale,” gift cards, or worn/washed items with signs of use (makeup stains, pet hair, missing tags, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
